About Us
Development Assessments.com was created to provide an inexpensive, comprehensive assessment tool that will track feedback collected against specific competencies and behaviors related to leadership roles and individual contributor roles. Additionally, we can and will provide independent consulting services to any organization suffering from low morale, decreased productivity, complacent corporate culture or performance issues related to individual roles.

The out of the box assessment options that we offer are the result of a highly researched effort to determine which competencies and subsequent behaviors can lead to success in almost any organization. The two levels of assessment options allow flexibility in terms of organizational presence. For example, the behaviors and performance level vary between the leadership and individual contributor assessments to allow employees or clients who are not yet in a high-level leadership position or are developing toward a leadership position to still receive valuable feedback. One level of assessment is not more important than the other they are simply different from the other and more pertinent to the level within the organization.

Just as we want to offer you flexibility in your options, we are flexible as well. If your organization or firm wants to develop an assessment more specific to your organization or a job-specific assessment for an individual or group, we will take your work and load it into our system so it is ready to use by you, your client or your employees.
